You have completed a degree in Civil Engineering or completed construction-related training with further education as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) You have professional experience in building repair or engineering and experience in managing construction projects You think economically, trade pragmatically and find solutions You lead teams with clarity, persuasiveness and trust You can also keep track of complex projects The handling of MS Office and a building software (iTWO, Asta Powerproject) is of course for you, the SIVV case is a plus
