Team Leader Wound Management - Field Service / Nursing (m/f/d)

You run and/or build a team of up to 8 wound managers (m/w/d) in the field service You open and expand areas in the sense of company expansion (m/w/d) in your area You guide and accompany during acquisition talks and wound care during rides You will ensure the smooth running of the daily business and optimise calendar and time management as well as the tour planning You act as a link between the regional management and the wound managers and perform regular sales meetings with your team You solve conflicts win-win-oriented and build a network in your area You analyze and prepare areas for new team members and unlock them You live the internal values and culture both internally and externally

You have a 3-year completed vocational training in the field of human medicine, e.g. as Senior Caregiver:in, Health Caregiver:in or Medical:r (MFA) You have pronounced and extensive knowledge in modern wound care; a further development to/from the wound manager: it is desirable You have further experience in personnel management and human knowledge, e.g. as nursing services, residential area management or practical instructions You are strong in communication and assertion and have a pronounced hands-on mentality You have advanced skills in customer acquisition and very good German skills You have a valid license class B (Old Class 3) and a technology affinity in handling e.g. laptop and mobile phone You can present a current police certificate
