You represent the location-specific operational requirements of various departments (e.g. sales, development, production, logistics) with respect to IT and external partners – and ensure that processes are accurately mapped. Through the cross-disciplinary analysis and modelling of complex business processes, you identify targeted optimization potentials and develop practical solutions – in particular with regard to IT-based processes and their digitalization. With your methodological support, you support the specialist areas in the implementation of process changes and thus promote sustainable efficient structures. You moderate workshops, coordinate meetings, evaluate results and prepare them structured for decision-makers – so you contribute decisively to the implementation of improvements. The creation of reports, documentation and the training or Qualification of the participating departments complete your diverse range of tasks.

You have completed engineering studies – e.g. in economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable course of studies – or through a further training to the technician with an IT-close or operational-organisational focus. Your background includes well-founded knowledge of process analysis and design that you have acquired ideally in an industrial context You move safely into IT-supported process landscapes and are interested in working at the interface between technology, organization and digitalization.
