Process Engineer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the continuous optimization and stabilization of the highly automated production processes in the area of precision assembly.

You actively support the construction, commissioning and ongoing technical development of state-of-the-art production facilities in the clean room.

You play a key role in process and plant validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and take over the relevant professional documentation.

You analyse relevant production characteristics and derive targeted improvement measures for ongoing operation.

You create, update and maintain the technical documents, work instructions and all relevant QMS documents.

You accompany the smooth transfer and implementation of new processes from the industrialization phase into series production.

You act as an important link to the production and quality assurance departments and control the technical exchange with external suppliers and plant manufacturers.

You have a successfully completed study of medical technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering and Production technology or an equivalent qualification (e.g. technicians with established professional practice).

You have an appropriate professional experience in the engineering or production environment, ideally in the highly regulated medical technology industry.

You control structured problem-solving and risk analysis methods such as FMEA, CAPA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa or 5-Why absolutely safe.

You have a strong understanding of data analysis, KPI tracking and modern manufacturing technologies (including robotics and conveyor technology).

You bring desirable basic knowledge of ISO 13485 as well as initial practical experience with ERP/MES systems and validation processes.

You are characterized by an analytical, independent and quality-conscious way of working and convince as a team player in the interdisciplinary environment.

You communicate fluently and absolutely safe in German and have good English skills, both in word and in writing.
