Event Management Assistant (m/f/d)

· You plan, organize and accompany events, festivals and events – from the first idea to the successful implementation. · You sell our events with enthusiasm, create deals and calculate events economically and professionally. · You enter reservations – from request to changes to cancellations. · You are contact for our guests and customers and represent STIFTL with heart, charm and professionalism. · Together with kitchen, service and external partners, you will ensure that every event runs smoothly. · You always keep in mind budgets, quality and our high standards.

A completed training in the event or hotel area or comparable professional experience. Organizational talent, creativity and a good sense of trends and special events. Joy in selling and ambition to succeed together. Passion for gastronomy and real hospitality. Negotiating English skills – further languages are a plus. Ideally experience with banquet professional. Team spirit, initiative and flexibility. A safe, well-kept and friendly appearance. Ready to be in use even in the evening and on weekends and holidays – finally, the most beautiful festivals take place not only from Monday to Friday.
