Quality Management (m/w/d)

Osnabrück You are responsible for the support and further development of the IMS according to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001

You develop and monitor quality standards and QS processes for planning and construction processes You plan and accompany internal and external audits and ensure compliance with relevant requirements You advise executives and project teams, perform training and support in implementing IMS and QS requirements You analyze key figures, coordinate improvement measures and promote continuous improvement in the company

You have a degree in civil engineering, economic engineering, environmental/security management or a comparable qualification

You bring several years of experience in quality, environmental, work or energy management, ideally in the construction industry You have well-founded knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 as well as ideally appropriate auditor or commissioner qualifications You work analytical and structured, recognize potential for improvement and implement improvement projects independently You convince by communication strength, self-initiative and enforcement ability and are ready to travel regularly within Germany
