Team Leader Inside Sales (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the team in the internal sales service Control, optimization and further development of workflows and processes deployment and capacity planning within the team Analysis of relevant key figures and preparation of evaluations and reports Close cooperation with sales office, logistics, purchasing and management Active cooperation in the day-to-day operating business (order acceptance and acquisition by ERP system, commercial order processing, appointment as well as internal and external coordination of sales orders) Telephone customer advice and support, even in complex inquiries Commercial settlement of complaints and returns master data maintenance and creation of credits

Successfully completed commercial training or business studies Multiannual professional experience in the sales service First leadership experience or strong leadership competence Representative communicative skills, enforcement strength and organisational capacity Structured, solution- and target-oriented operation Very good ways of handling and professional appearance Good knowledge of popular MS Office applications Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC Business Central or a comparable ERP system desirable English knowledge of advantage
