Creation of internal and external reports on the transparent communication of energy consumption and efficiency Monitoring and analysis of energy consumption, identification of vulnerabilities and implementation of measures to increase efficiency Development of long-term energy plans taking into account efficiency and sustainability objectives Analysis and optimization of the load cycle to maximise energy efficiency and cost savings Responsibility for the implementation of photovoltaic systems at various locations as well as comprehensive inventory Development of building automation for efficient heating and Ventilation of 300 locations Planning and implementation of upgrades as well as remedying deficiencies in existing building automation

Graduate degree as a diploma engineer or master in the field of technical building equipment, energy or environmental management Funded expertise in energy management (ISO 50.001), in particular in the fields of controlling and key figures Expertise in the field of measurement, control and control technology (MSR), ideally focusing on Wago factory Extensive experience in the implementation of sustainable energy strategies and the integration of renewable energy Strong analytical skills for vulnerability analysis and the development of effective optimization measures, and Communication and team capacity for cooperation with internal teams, external service providers, landlords and owners Self-employed and proactive working methods and the ability to understand and optimise complex energy infrastructures readiness to visit our markets nationwide
