Project Manager Railway Station Repair

We are looking for you as project manager:in (w/m/d) for the coordination and control of operational repair measures of construction facilities in railway stations at the Berlin site. Through you, platforms, underpasses and transfers of persons, roofs, platforms and ground and support structures become safer. Your tasks: In this job, you take on your own responsibility the coordination and control of structural repair measures (BIS measures: operational repair measures) and large reactive construction measures for the railway management of DB InfraGO AG When implementing the project management services for the BIS measures, the company-safe and customer needs of the plants are at the centre of your attention at any time You carry out tenders and awards, first set up performance lists and are responsible for the implementation, acceptance and settlement of BIS programs (constructional maintenance measures) To know the status of repair measures and construction measures at any time, you implement meaningful and meaningful monitoring and regularly monitor the state of the measures In the projects, you monitor the requirements for costs, dates and qualities using all technical frameworks and standard specifications and ensure perfect communication with all project participants Another important part of your tasks is to advise the regional area and railway station management on all aspects of BIS programs and/or complex measures (e.g. with regard to the purchase of BIS measures) Your exciting task will be rounded off by the fact that you can bring your ideas to optimize our work and, after consultation, take on special tasks
