CNC cutting machine operator (m/w/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a CNC machining mechanic (m/w/d) in full time, also for direct personnel placement.

Your tasks:

• Machine operation: Control and monitoring of CNC-controlled turning, milling or grinding machines according to qualification.
• Manufacturing parts: manufacture of individual and series metal parts according to technical drawings.
• Program adjustment: Set up processing programs and modify them if necessary.
• Rough: preparation of the machines including clamping of the workpieces and performing test runs.
• Production monitoring: ensuring a smooth production process and monitoring of dimensional accuracy.
• Quality testing: Control of manufactured components with common measuring devices such as sliders, micrometers and teachings.
• Safety of work: compliance with applicable safety regulations and quality guidelines in the production process.

They bring with them:

• Professional qualification: Completed training for CNC machining mechanic, CNC lathe, CNC milling cutter, CNC lathe, industrial mechanic with CNC experience (m/w/d) or comparable qualification.
• Manufacturing experience: Practical knowledge of the operation and armour of CNC turning, milling or grinding machines.
• Programming skills: basics in CNC programming and understanding of technical drawings.
• Care and precision: High level of quality awareness, good eye for details and craftsmanship.
