Bachelor degree in Business Administration / BWL, Engineering, Management, IT or comparable field. Multiannual project management experience in an international or cross-functional environment. Knowledge of project management standards (PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2) and the complete project life cycle. Ability to efficiently control several parallel projects. Strongly pronounced analytical thinking and problem-solving competence. Excellent communication skills and secure stakeholder management. Experience in negotiations and supplier control. Intercultural competence and ability to connect teams in different countries. Self-employed, proactive operation with high conversion strength. Experience in budgeting and resource planning. Secure MS Office identifiers, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Very good knowledge of German and English. Ready for occasional European missions.
