Your tasks – You make the difference with us: Administration and development of ServiceNow: creation and adaptation of workflows, business rules, client scripts, ACL’s and UI Policies Integration of external systems via REST/SOAP APIs Optimization of existing processes and automation of recurring tasks Care and adaptation of the service catalogue Working in the care and optimization of the CMDB data model Working in the integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and applications (Intune, Sentinel, Azure/Entra, Microsoft AD, etc.)

PowerShell Scripting & Automation: Automation of user and group processes Development and maintenance of scripts to automate routine tasks Creation of reporting and monitoring solutions Integration of PowerShell routines in the ServiceNow Mid-Servers, Entra ID (Azure) and other tools Transfer the functionalities of the BeNu tool (own development) to the standards of Microsoft, IAM tools and ServiceNow
