Employee in telephone sales / telesales (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our customers on the phone and actively encourage our customer base to grow. You will gain new customers, reactivate existing contacts and continuously develop our existing customers. In the day-to-day business, you will take care of the creation and follow-up of offers and accompany them to completion. You support sales promotions and campaigns, take active action and help with order creation if necessary. You are also in demand in customer service: you process complaints and complaints based on solutions and support our customers with questions about our e-commerce solutions. You document all relevant information in the CRM system and ensure a reliable database. In addition, you work closely with the field service, assists in the care of existing customers and in the new customer acquisition and are internally an important interface to other departments. The maintenance of customer and interested data in the ERP/CRM system is of course part of this.

You have a completed commercial or technical training or bring a comparable qualification with corresponding experience in customer contact. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in sales, in telesales or in service-oriented activities and also know you with administrative tasks. When handling MS Office, you are safe and have worked with ERP or CRM systems like MS Dynamics in the best case. You also have a good technical and commercial understanding and interest in e-commerce topics. You communicate clearly and securely in German and can also communicate in English. Personally, you convince by your structured way of working, your communication strength and your ability to find good solutions even in challenging situations.
