IT Administrator - Apple MDM / Network Administration (m/f/d)

You plan and implement the IT integration of new sites, from network and telephony to medical devices, and are regularly on site in the practices You set up medical devices and specialty hardware, engage them in ongoing operation and are a contact person for our practice teams when it is technically jammed You think of a clean IT onboarding of new colleagues:inside and automate recurring processes so that we keep pace with growth You take the 1st level support and for certain areas also the 2nd level, always ticket-based and comprehensible documented You manage our end devices via a central MDM, coordinate external partners for technical solutions and provide our inventory system with your own responsibility You think security in all topics, help to introduce and adhere to security standards, and work closely with external consultants and our tech team

You have a well-founded knowledge in handling Apple devices and mobile device management as well as experience with network solutions (e.g. UniFi) You bring experience with technical integration, support, automation and a good sense of IT security topics in everyday work You carry IT Ops independently in a growing company, set up processes, find pragmatic solutions and get into budget planning You are self-organized, strong and team-oriented. You are solution-oriented, learning and patient in dealing with different people and challenges You speak German at C2 level and fluent English You are ready to travel within Germany
