You want to work on solutions that help employees “do the right things right” and increase the internal visibility of the department to become even more successful together? Design and realize solutions with Power-Automate in Sharepoint for qualitative improvement of processes and create different content on admission topics in order to inform our intranet presence for our internal customers. As a working student (m/w/d), you work closely with the controllers of the digitalization projects and the management of the Standards, Regulations and Approvals (SRA) department in the context of product authorisations. Your tasks include: Creating solutions for SRA-internal and cross-departmental cooperation based on Microsoft 365 Services (e.g. SharePoint) and for productivity topics with components of the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Automate). Self-research and conceptual, editorial and visual processing of content and contributions to the digital presence in the field of Product Compliance – from the idea to the publication, including the relevant stakeholders.

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) in the STEM area, economics, media design, communication design or a comparable degree program. You have first practical experience (e.g. through internships, projects etc.), a safe handling of digital tools and the pleasure of preparing content structured, understandable and appealing. Your work is structured, motivated and independent. You convince by your communication skills and have team spirit. Your language levels in German and English are very good.
