• Complete vocational training in a craft occupation or appropriate vocational training
• First practical knowledge of building management of advantage
• Ready-to-use computer identifiers (MS Office, CAFM systems)
• Good knowledge of German
• Pro-active operation
• Person qualified as elevator guards according to TRBS 2181 and 3121; and
• Qualification as an electric power for defined activities (EffT)
• Self-conscious and safe occurrence as well as a communicative way
• Driving license class 3 or B

Your responsibility

• Operation of technical installations
• Implementation of control procedures in the performance of retrieved house services
• Repairs of doors, windows and small maintenance
• Small moving services and conversions of furniture
• With the help of the event service
• Maintenance of grey and green areas according to instruction
• Takeover of occasional availability services also on weekends and holidays

Your working hours

• From now on, unlimited
• Full time, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday, 5 days/week
