Finance Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored takeover and control of key issues within the framework of the financial transformation of the VHV Group – from conception to implementation Editing complex and new questions with a holistic view of strategy, processes, taxability and cost-effectiveness Analysis of working relationships between financial, insurance and group processes and derivation and implementation of targeted solutions with focus on automation and efficiency Introduction of IT affinity in concepts and accompanying the technical implementation Active design and monitoring of change processes including ensuring sustainable anchoring (Change Management) Advising specialist departments and management as well as preparing decision bases Cooperation in a cross-functional team and participation in the further development of the Digital Finance area

Studies: Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or comparable disciplines, preferably with reference to finance, insurance or banking Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in project-oriented roles in the financial, accounting or controlling environment of an insurance company, a bank or a comparable group Project management: experience in managing (partial) projects or in the responsibility of workstreams in transformation or digitization projects Interface competency: Experience in the interface between discipline and IT in the finance environment Analytical Skills: Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Skills and a Structured and Result-Oriented Work Communication strength: Secure appearance, good presentation and moderation capabilities as well as experience in dealing with different stakeholders IT & System Knowledge: Knowledge of IT architectures and processes in the finance environment, in particular the SAP application landscape (FI, FS-CD)
