We are looking for a dedicated and empathic pedagogical specialist who, with heart, expertise and deed, helps to promote and strengthen young people in their development. They create a reliable, structured and value-adding environment for young people They support young people in their individual development and accompany them on their way to more self-responsibility and self-sufficiency Together with the young people, they implement individual education and assistance plans and document the course of development They work closely with schools, training establishments, youth offices, therapists and other relevant institutions and promote the integration of young people into social structures They accompany young people in crisis situations, strengthen their problem-solving skills and help them overcome personal challenges They develop and conduct educational individual and group offers, organize leisure activities and participate in group breaks They are actively involved in team meetings, case meetings, and the conceptual development of the housing group They consistently and responsibly implement child and care protection

They have completed training as a state-recognized educator*in or a completed study of social education or social work or a comparable discipline.
