Supervisor Maintenance (m/f/d)

As a supervisor maintenance, you are responsible for ensuring that our production facilities run reliably – and that the team can do its best after you every day. You are a manager, expert and contact person in one. When machines stand still or start new systems, you are the one who keeps track, makes decisions and advances his team. Your work has a direct influence on thousands of vehicles – and thus on the clean future we are building together. Ensuring all relevant maintenance and repair activities – with consistent safety, quality, delivery reliability, costs and team-tuning Professional and disciplinary leadership of your team: operational planning, training, qualifications and targeted coaching of your maintenance staff Monitoring compliance with all safety regulations and active involvement of a safe working environment Review and update of work instructions and implementation of shopfloor management procedures Close cooperation with other departments on the rapid and sustainable solution of technical problems Ensuring production availability with regard to product changes and continuous improvements Development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for optimising plant performance Technical support in the commissioning of new systems and systems

Complete training in a craft or technical profession, ideally with further qualification to the industrial master or technician Multiannual experience in the maintenance of a production plant, with experience in a shift ladder function Deep understanding of the entire production process and pronounced quality awareness Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at the same time, to set goals clear and to consistently pursue Impressed communication and leadership – you pick people and advance them Ready for full shift work, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of technical standards, standards and regulations Secure knowledge of German and/or English in word and writing
