Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

in Erfurt You support sales in turnkey construction in the offer phase with the focus on costing and technical customer consulting You will first target TGA performance, especially for heating, ventilation, sanitary, electric and MSR You evaluate customer requirements and guide technically and economically sensible TGA solutions You advise the project leaders in sales on technical questions about TGA and develop concepts for cost optimization You don't take a classic project lead, but focus exclusively on sales support You work closely with costing, architecture, statics and project management and ensure technical feasibility You are reviewing TGA concepts in terms of efficiency, efficiency and sustainability You identify risks and opportunities at an early stage in the offer phase and participate in key projects in the management area

You have a degree in utility technology, building technology or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in TGA planning or calculation, ideally in turnkey construction You bring sound knowledge in VOB, DIN standards and relevant technical standards with You work safely with costing software and with MS Office You convince by a strong level of consulting and communication You work structured, solution-oriented and you like to work across areas
