• Responsibility for patient care and advice
• Creating and implementing individual care plans taking into account the needs of patients
• Ensuring professional documentation and reporting
• Support for medical measures and emergency interventions
• Close cooperation with doctors, relatives and other professionals
• Active participation in team meetings and case-related meetings

We are looking for

• Completed training as examinated/r nursing skills (m/w/d)
• Joy in dealing with people and a strong team skills
• Reliable and careful operation, even in stressful situations
• Basic knowledge of care documentation and planning
• Willingness to work in shiftwork (spring, late and night shift)
• Valid work permit for Germany
