We are looking for the following position in our company Eichenau

Your task...

• Personal deployment planning for your team during the shift
• Personal Control, Instruction and Process Analysis of New Staff (m/w/d)
• Ensuring smooth operation in the Commission operation
• Monitoring and compliance with quality standards (HACCP, IFS)
• Close cooperation with the warehouse management to optimize processes
• Support for projects and improvements

That's what you bring...

• Completed training or professional experience as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics
• A qualification for the logistics master (m/w/d) is advantageous
• Self-confident and friendly appearance
• First experience in employee management
• Ready for shiftwork
• Process-oriented thinking and acting
• Knowledge of the standard office programs
• Experience with LVS of advantage
• Ideally first experience in handling SAP
