You are responsible for the holistic management of the rental process for our commercial properties from the initial visit to the conclusion of the contract, for existing tenants and new customers. You take over the creation of offers, the preparation and negotiation of rental contracts, as well as the coordination of the necessary manufacturing requirements. You coordinate and motivate internal and external service providers, such as brokers, lawyers and specialist departments, and control their performance. You develop rental strategies and address targeted and proactive rental interests. You calculate the economic framework and prepare policy proposals.
