We offer you comprehensive and interesting training in a modern grand hotel. You will be trained in the areas of housekeeping, reception, reservation, shopping, kitchen, R&B and HR. The training contents include: Dealing with guests and design of the guest experience Sale of accommodation and services Implementation of operational channel & Revenue management Organisation and implementation of events Planning, implementation and control of housekeeping Serving food and beverages, Food & Beverage Management tasks Price calculation Evaluation of key figures Organization and costing of events Commercial control and control Process control and optimization Planning and implementation of work and personnel processes Schools in Saßnitz on Rügen

preferably successfully completed specialist abitur or abitur ideally first practical experience through an internship or a holiday job in the hotel industry or gastronomy Fun in dealing with people, natural cordiality and high service orientation good ways of handling and well maintained appearance Organisational capacity above-average learning and performance Reliability and Honesty Team and communication skills good numerical understanding and basic computer knowledge
