As a specialist:in Systems and Safety Engineering, you are actively involved in the development of new railway systems Building on the development of new rail systems, you take over the leadership of exciting customer projects and develop concepts for systems of control and safety technology (LST), in particular ETCS, always taking into account operational requirements You design suitable systems, define requirements, design the system architecture and definitions and develop related specifications as well as guidelines For the test phase, you are responsible for the test evaluation and analyze impacts on existing systems as well as interfaces and ensure the smooth integration of ETCS into the system path In Safety Engineering, you will automatically consider safety and risk and hazard analyses In workshops you will introduce our customers:inside your developed solutions and technical concepts, you will explain them in practice As part of your projects, you will set up self-sufficiency offers for customers: in-house projects with low and medium complexity, introduce work students into technical topics and ensure their continuous support

Your profile:

You bring a completed study in the field of transport engineering, electrical engineering, communications technology, physics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, civil engineering or a comparable field with With your long-term professional experience (min. 5 years) in Systems Engineering, in particular in railway technology or in railway operations, you will bring your valuable know-how to our projects Knowledge of LST and ETCS are particularly welcome and allow you to participate actively in our projects immediately.
