Number: MER0003XIS We bring Mercedes-Benz Cars to the street - with enthusiasm and heart blood! At Global Customer Service and Parts, we accompany the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles, from the service-oriented design of our products to market launch and product support and probation. We support the service organisations worldwide, possibly also on site. We work with our partners from GCSP (Global Customer Service & Parts), development, production, purchasing, legal and quality. We create operating instructions, write diagnostic procedures and are the experts in parts technology as well as in product evaluation and regulation. We are responsible for the project management in strategic vehicle projects and for the serial support of the Large Cars & SUV. On the one hand, we ensure the serviceability of new vehicles and, on the other hand, we support the ongoing series of models worldwide. The core task in strategic new vehicle projects is the coordination of service technology and the project management of relevant sub-areas in the after-sales business (marketing, logistics, training, documentation, contribution to earnings, diagnosis, etc.). The rapid technical analysis of field complaints with the aim of ensuring long-term customer satisfaction is one of our main tasks. We achieve this through service-oriented technical measures that are developed in cooperation with development, production and quality management. You will get a detailed insight into the Mercedes-Benz project and after-sales world as well as the interaction of development, production, marketing and other Mercedes-Benz AG departments. As part of your work at the Sindelfingen site, you have the opportunity to work with analysis data and various business intelligence solutions in addition to your own conceptual work. Your tasks in detail: Research of technical backgrounds and causes for customer complaints

Data analysis, pre- and post-processing, as well as participation in the relevant decision-making bodies in development and production

Technical and business assessments of technical vehicle concepts

Conception, implementation and documentation of vehicle checks (checking the repairability of vehicle components)

Support in spare parts tracking and reporting for future and start-up series, independent implementation of weekly voting rounds with purchasing, logistics and after-sales

Support in the evaluation of low-speed crash tests as part of the determination of the insurance classification of new vehicles

Cooperation in the planning and preparation of upcoming new vehicle market launches

The start of the activity is scheduled from March 2026, but can also take place after consultation on 01.04.2026.
