Head of Foreigners (m/f/d)

In this position, you take over the leadership of the area of aliens and actively contribute to the implementation of legal requirements in the right of residence, asylum and citizenship. Your tasks include: Management, control and further development of the subject area Decision on policy issues and optimisation of processes and structures Perception of personnel, organisational and budget responsibility Responsibility for the areas of citizenship, nationality, foreign national law and asylum law Oversight of booths, registration and passport authorities in Lörrach County

A completed degree as a Bachelor of Arts – Public Management, Bachelor of Laws, Administration, or a comparable qualification with administrative focus leadership and administrative experience, ideally in aliens A modern, agile leadership with courage to change and develop Impressed sense of responsibility and independent, solution-oriented working An appreciation of people of different origins and situations of life Communication strength, keenness and openness for new perspectives
