Building Technician in Facility Management DRK District Association Wesermünde (m/f/d)

This is why we are looking for a home technician (m/w/d) in building management in full time for our DRK Wesermünde County Association for 01.07.2026 (or earlier). This is what awaits you:

• Professional maintenance, control and maintenance of technical equipment (especially heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical, sanitary facilities)
• Self-analysis and elimination of technical disturbances to complex industrial facilities
• Support for building control technology
• Cooperation with external service providers (architects, specialist companies, etc.)
• Contact person for technical questions and safety regulations in buildings
• Own-sponsored acquisition and support of construction projects in the DRK Wesermünde County Association

This is what distinguishes you:

• Complete training in a technical profession (prior to heating and sanitation or electronics for building technology)
• Possible multi-year professional experience and sound knowledge in building technology
• Ideally additional qualifications (such as electric certificate, security officer)
• Ability to separate problem solving and prioritization in technical disorders
• Responsibility for safety-relevant plants and operational safety
• Good computer skills to operate GLT systems and technical management programs
• Class B driving licence
