For our service field Finance, Regulation & Procurement in the Tribe Procurement we are looking for you in full or part-time from 30 hours a week as (Senior) Strategic buyers with a focus on Regulatorik (m/w/d) in Berlin, Karlsruhe, Frankfurt, Munich or Münster. Your activity is assigned to the Chapter IT Services. Here you work with 11 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

You advise our internal customers in all procurement-relevant topics, such as regulatory, tendering, contract management, demand planning, cost-cutting measures, and you are an expert in a variety of product groups, in particular IT development services, IT consulting, software licenses, IT infrastructure, hardware, etc. You create and develop your product group strategy including procurement market analyses and implement them. You are actively manipulating your supply chains, ensuring sustainability and constantly developing your professional supplier risk management strategies to a robust supplier risk management. You enter into the strategic partnerships with your supplier, tax the suppliers with regard to the resilience requirements and participate in the further development of our Contract Lifecycle Management with regard to Regulatorik and AI.

Personality with profile

Complete studies as well as many years of relevant professional experience in indirect purchasing and/or cross-sectional function or comparable qualification as well as experience in managing cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You have well-founded user knowledge in SAP Ariba (all modules), SAP MM and tender systems. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You have a strong negotiating skill and persuasive power in combination with great presentation strength. You understand yourself as an excellent team player*in and introduce yourself to your new team with your connecting personality.
