Direct contact person for customers and self-responsibility of day-to-day business Responsibility for all administrative processes around the goods receipt and exit as well as correct inventory management Creation of all accompanying documents and key figures Preparation and implementation of inventory as an integral part of the task Central interface between customers and internal departments with responsibility for coordinating and clarifying all concerns of the parties involved

Successful completed commercial training - ideally as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services First professional experience in storage or supply chain management Safe handling of common office programs, especially Excel, as well as first knowledge in handling a warehouse management system Embossed numerical affinity and analytical thinking Structured mode of operation, high service providers and hands-on mentality Good knowledge of English in Word and Scripture
