Your main task: The independent and professional processing of inquiries and complaints from our clients in the B2B sector. Customer retention: You place particular emphasis on long-term customer loyalty and thus actively contribute to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty Communication: As a link between our specialist departments, you ensure efficient and targeted communication and thus contribute to the smooth running. Contract and Process Management: You check and process necessary contract documents, optimize work processes and work closely with the specialist departments to ensure high process quality. System introduction: Professionally, you familiarise users with the V-Bank systems and ensure that You can use them efficiently and safely.

Completed banking training: You have a well-founded training in banking and can use your knowledge in practice. Experience in customer support: You are happy to call and answer all questions about the banking business competently. First experiences at a deposit bank in customer care or in the call center are of advantage. Technical affinity and MS-Office knowledge: You convince with very good knowledge in MS-Office and have a high technical affinity. Motivation and customer orientation: You are dynamic, motivated and happy to support our customers in their concerns. Your customer and service orientation makes you a valuable contact person. Stress resistance: In hectic phases, keep a cool head and stay focused. Team skills and commitment: If you are a real team player that brings your own ideas and actively engages, then you are right with us! German language skills
