Business Innovation Manager – Digital HR & AI (m/f/d)

From Insight to Impact: You identify relevant market, technology and user trends and identify potentials in the data of our HR Suite. From People Analytics, organizational and process data, you will guide innovative AI-Use cases, sustainable concepts and priority innovation initiatives. End-to-end innovation responsibility: You control the entire innovation process – from ideation to assessment and prioritization to active portfolio management and the transparent measurement of innovation success. Creating unique user experiences: With a deep understanding of your target group, you develop solutions that intelligently connect UX, data and AI and make our software a smart companion in everyday work. Ensure market success: You will ensure the successful introduction of your innovations and bring new solutions to the market with a clear Go-to-Market strategy.

You will bring several years of experience in the development and implementation of product strategies as well as in digitization projects, and will surely move along with business, technology and user needs. You are strong in the design of smart, digital B2B solutions and are able to translate the current and rapidly changing AI capabilities into a unique user experience. You are drawing yourself through a pronounced hands-on mentality and consistently bringing topics to results. You are strong in the moderation of workshops, create common orientation from different perspectives and set clear priorities. You think creatively, innovatively, solution-oriented and have the pleasure of opening up new topics to develop future-oriented solutions with a strong team.
