Shift management (m/f/d)

You coordinate, control and monitor all operational storage and logistics processes of your shift. You secure the day-to-day business – including compliance with KPIs, requirements, work instructions and security policies. You plan your staff, organize shift and holiday plans and introduce new employees. You lead your team and support it in everyday operational life. You ensure a functioning flow of information – both within the layer and other areas. You recognize process deviations and optimization requirements and initiate appropriate measures. You accompany inventory, inventory checks and assist in their implementation. You ensure order, cleanliness and compliance with all safety standards in the area of responsibility.

You have completed training in the logistics sector or bring relevant professional experience. You have experience in managing employees – ideally in warehouses, logistics or production. You work structured, responsible and make decisions safe. You are a team-oriented, strong communication and can motivate employees. You feel comfortable working in a multicultural environment. You have good PC skills and work safely with warehouse or ERP systems. You are flexible, resilient and ready to work in shift operation (e.g. early/swept/night). You are looking forward to disturbances or bottlenecks and find pragmatic solutions. A forklift certificate or first knowledge in safety and hazardous goods are advantageous.
