We are looking for System Administrator / System Engineer (m/w/d) – Microsoft Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure | Full time | Babenhausen Do you want to run Microsoft 365 and classic IT infrastructures not only but actively develop them? Then you're right with us. In this role, you drive for the stable and secure operation of our hybrid IT from Microsoft 365 and on-premise systems and continuously develop them in the team.

You enter and manage the Microsoft 365 environment and hybrid IT of our customers You secure secure and structured identity and access control You operate and optimize our on-premise infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization) You support security and compliance solutions in the Microsoft environment You analyze 2nd level support and ensure sustainable solutions You document systems comprehensible and integrate yourself into the further development of standards and best practices

Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) On-Premise Infrastructure Experience (Windows Server, Active Directory) Understanding hybrid environments (e.g. AD Connect, identity synchronization) Knowledge of virtualization (e.g. hyper-V or VMware) Experience in 2nd level support and structured troubleshooting Basic understanding of network technologies ( routing, switching, VLANs) Basic understanding of IT security and compliance in modern IT environments
