Your tasks

• Self-employed Setting up and operating of NC and CNC lathes
• Manufacturing of components according to technical drawings
• Program changes and program creation directly at the machine
• Monitoring and optimization of production processes including introduction of corrective measures
• Worker self-check, parts control and documentation of measurement results
• Cleaning, troubleshooting and maintenance work within the TPM process
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness and active cooperation in the continuous improvement process (CVP)
• Compliance with all safety regulations, legal requirements and internal guidelines

Your profile

• Completed training as cutting mechanic (rotational technology), CNC lathe or NC/CNC power
• alternative: multiannual professional experience in CNC turning
• Secure reading and conversion of Production drawings
• Very good knowledge of Programming, brushing and operating from CNC lathes
• High quality awareness as well as safe handling of testing and measuring equipment
• Structured, independent and careful working
• Reliability, team skills and readiness
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• ready for 3 layer operation
