To strengthen our team we are looking for you as:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

for our social space team in Weimar with 20 hours from October 2026

In cooperation with network partners, the social space team offers individual support services that promote the development of self-reality and at the same time initiate a solidarity and socially just union. The support is designed and oriented according to the five principles of the technical concept “Social Space Orientation” according to Wolfgang Hinte.

What tasks do you expect:

• support, guidance and counselling for families, children, young people and
• Individual in their everyday management
• life-world-oriented and holistic support of parents in their
• Educational mission (conflict solution, interaction, communication)
• discharge in family stress and crisis situations by case-specific,
• accident-specific and case-by-case work In the social area
• Participation in the aid plan process according to § 36 SGB VIII
• Social network work
• Cooperations with other institutions in the social area (youth aid, school etc.)
• Participation in the implementation of the concept of the institution and the model of the
• Carriers
• independent planning and organization of work units
• Reporting, documentation and quality assurance

• a completed study as a social pedagogue, social worker (FH), educationalist or comparable degree
• Experience in outpatient child and youth assistance
• Sensitivity to the needs of children and families in the social area
• First knowledge and experience with the concept of social space orientation
• Openness and creativity for new innovative approaches, but also appreciation of the growing structures
• Member in a Christian church after ACK or the willingness to carry our diaconic profile
