In this role, you take responsibility for the care and management of our rented commercial properties. After intensive integration and continuous professional support, the following tasks await you: Contract management: You check, start and negotiate new commercial lease agreements and supplements for existing properties in cooperation with our expansion management Time-limit monitoring: You independently monitor deadlines and durations of commercial lease contracts and prepare sound recommendations for action Location support: As a central contact point, you control the administration from rental to maintenance to billing as well as the maintenance of sub-rental objects Interface communication: You are the first contact person for our landlords:inside and control cooperation with internal departments (storage, accounting) as well as external service providers and authorities

You bring a commercial training, ideally as a real estate businessman or real estate manager:in (or a comparable qualification) You have already gained professional experience in real estate management and have knowledge of industrial lease contract law You convince by strong communication skills and keep an overview even in complex situations You work structured, responsibly as well as targeted and result-oriented For occasional journeys within our branch network, you bring a class B driving licence
