Leadership & team development: leadership, development and motivation of the 20-member material master team as well as support for team meetings, training and onboarding new employees Feedback & Development Talks: Conducting feedback and development talks as well as performance evaluations to promote team responsibility, quality and continuous improvement Take operational responsibility: Ensuring the timely and high-quality care of material master data including escalation and quality management Designing process and quality control: Developing standards, processes and guidelines for material master data management and making them more efficient by automation Control MDM activities: control, monitoring and optimization of daily activities in material master data management Make interfaces active: Close coordination with specialist areas such as purchasing, logistics, IT and sales to ensure data requirements and quality

Education & Qualification: Successfully completed study of Business Administration (BWL), Economics, Logistics or a comparable course of studies in the field of economics; as an alternative to a completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant (m/w/d), merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management (m/w/d) professional experience & expertise: Multiannual professional experience in master data management / master data management (MDM), ideally focusing on material or article master data / material master data, as well as first leadership experience; sound understanding of master data processes, data quality and SAP environments (ideally SAP S/4HANA) or comparable ERP systems; Experience in the use of digital tools for process, workflow and request control, in particular Atlassian Jira IT- & language skills: Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and good English skills, safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office (Excel) Personal Competence: Embossed business thinking, high communication skills, joy in the development of employees and the design of change processes
