In your future position as Software / Application Analyst (m/w/d), you are characterized by your ability to stand-alone and team-oriented work and are motivated to continuously support our customers in software usage. In detail, your tasks are as follows: They support and help our customers with issues and problems. They are happy to work with interdisciplinary teams such as project management or product development to provide qualitative solutions. They perform training on various technical and product-related functions and thus help to improve the use of the software to the customer. They monitor proactive hosting and application services to ensure system availability

They have an education or study in the field of computer science, information technology or a related subject. They bring experience in software solutions, ideally in a global team. You have practical knowledge of SQL, Windows and Linux operating systems, IBM, DB2/MySQL. You have extensive experience with C++ ideally Cobol, C or AS400. They have already gained first experience with warehouse management systems. They have very good written and oral communication skills. You speak German and English fluently.
