Facility Manager KiFaZ Helfergasse (m/f/d)

We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied at 01.07.2026 and indefinitely.

The children's and family center (KiFaZ) Helfergasse 2/10–12. In this seven-group facility up to 124 children aged 1–6 are cared for in two houses. There they are accompanied in their development and education processes. A special focus of the institution is language education and promotion and the inclusion of children with special needs.

A job that enthuses you

• You have specialist and service supervision and are responsible for the management and personnel development of up to 25 employees
• You take responsibility for the conceptual further development within the framework of the Einstein 2.0 support concept based on the further developed orientation plan of Baden-Württemberg
• They contribute to active participation in the pedagogical group daily
• You design the educational offer for the age range 0–6 years
• They provide good cooperation with families and other facilities and institutions in the district
• Thanks to you, the active design and implementation of the KiFaZ concept is ensured, knowledge and experience are advantageous

There is a corresponding exemption for management tasks.

Your profile that suits us

• A completed study in the field of social work or social pedagogy with state recognition, childhood education with state recognition, education with social pedagogical focus; or
• Professionals according to § 7 para. 6 No. 1(b) KiTaG with appropriate evidence; or
• A completed training as an educator with state recognition
• Experience in management and personnel management is desirable
• (basic) knowledge of organization and administration issues as well as a safe handling of MS Office programs and the Kita database
• Knowledge and experience in social pedagogical work with children as part of the support concept
