Global Key User - Master Data (GKU MD) (m/f/d)

KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a Global Key User (m/w/d) – Master Data (GKU MD) with a focus on data governance to strengthen an international master data team, which is responsible for the entire global master datacope of the KWS Group. As a Global Key User (m/w/d), you play a central role in controlling, standardizing and continuous improvement of master data processes across the company and support global business, production and supply chain excellence. You act as a system expert (m/w/d), drive digitization and automation and introduce best-in-market standards in the field of data governance.

This full-time job is limited to 2 years and is available at the Berlin site.

Your tasks: Control global master data standards and processes taking into account best-in-market practices, compliance requirements and scalable digital governance principles. Function as a system expert (m/w/d) for central master data domains (suppliers, customers, material, production) in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Ensure high-quality and consistent master data through automated testing, digital workflows and robust governance across systems and interfaces. Responsibility for complete master data-lifecycle management (plant, changes, harmonisation) with focus on automation and digital solutions to increase efficiency and standardization. Close cooperation with IT and specialist areas to ensure seamless system integration, source-of-Truth concepts and future-proof data structures within the framework of the S/4HANA transformation. Definition and monitoring of data quality KPIs, implementation of automated controls and maintenance of documentation in accordance with audit requirements and industry-leading standards. Illustration of End‐to-End‐Master Data Processes incl. Risk points and control mechanisms to ensure compliance with internal controls and global governance guidelines. Function as an escalation entity for complex governance issues, taking into account technical conditions and business requirements. Creation and maintenance of governance guidelines, process documentation and training documents according to best-in-class methods.

Your profile: Complete studies in business, supply chain, information management or a comparable field. Professional experience in global, multi-entitarian organisations with diverse stakeholders. Comprehensive experience in global process governance and master data management. Funded expertise in governance frameworks, data quality management, risk and control systems. In-depth understanding of master data trends and their cross-functional impact on global business processes. Embossed stakeholder management and ability to enforce global governance standards. Solid practical experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA master data, including integrations, interfaces and data flows in complex system landscapes. Ability to analyze, structure and visualize data and process sequences. Strong problem-solving competence with focus on digitization and automation potentials. High self-responsibility, detail accuracy and ability to work independently in complex environments. flowing English knowledge; German or another European language is advantageous. Experience in agricultural, production-related, manufacturing or supply chain driven industries is a great advantage.
