A 24-month programme: Within the programme, you will pass through several business areas (e.g. staff) and get to know our hospital from different perspectives. Support by a mentor in your individual and professional development During a six-month rotation phase you get the chance to gain new perspectives and get to know other clinics You participate in a theoretical training in the BBDK seminars In many sessions, you will experience our executives close to the skin and get valuable insights into the tasks and challenges of leading a hospital You actively participate in diverse projects and thus contribute to the further development of our hospital
A successfully completed study in the fields of health management, health economics, business and/or economics, engineering, legal sciences, medicine or you are a nursing person with degree A high motivation to develop and learn new things Ready-to-use Care and responsibility A strong analytical and commercial understanding as well as a high interest in our healthcare system An open personality and a pronounced communication skills
