independent verification and documentation of all incidents occurring to ensure the operation of the ship Moderation and management of incident-related processes in cooperation with all relevant areas of expertise and analysis of options and results Interface between land, ship and, where appropriate, other parties Reporting and reporting within the Company and management in the Incident case Crisis Management Training for internal colleagues 24/7 Readiness to call as part of the “Incident Commander Call Ready” in consultation with the team (1 week per month)

Studies in crisis management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the crisis management of tourism, ideally on board cruise ships or in an authority Project management experience Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office 365 Strong communication skills, high performance and operational readiness as well as ease of handling complex situations 24/7 shift service Teamability and flexibility and readiness to travel
