As a working student (m/w/d) in recruiting, you actively support our dynamic HR team in the search, selection and support of new talents and gain valuable practical experience. Positive energy and a lot of interface work with your team are on the agenda here. Candidate Management: From job advertisements to interview appointments, you are the first contact person with the branch offices of the region in continental exchange. Administrative and organisational support: You're asking applicant data, running phone interviews and keeping an overview. Active talent search: You get to know the entire recruiting process and actively shape it. Cooperation: Support in cooperation with external recruiting service providers and a Duetschlandwide recruiting team Employer Branding: Support for the targeted design and dispersion of job advertisements. Your office is in our branch in Leipzig. From there you recruit for the branches in Leipzig, Erfurt, Gotha, Dresden, Leuna and Waltershausen.

You are enrolled at a university or in a professional training. You work structured, reliable and independent – and you are a real team player. Language knowledge: Very good German; English of advantage With programs like Word and Excel, you'll get to know.
