Become part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US The Fuel Cell System Integration team is responsible for all development activities around the fuel cell within the drivetrain development at Daimler Truck. These include, among other things, the definition of system layout, derivation and specification of product requirements, tests on internal and external test benches and in the vehicle – as well as the global coordination of all aspects of vehicle integration. A special challenge in the development of a fuel cell system for heavy commercial vehicles is the interaction between thermal management and high-voltage system. A key roller plays the electrical conductivity of the coolant. To optimize and analyze this aspect, we are looking for committed interns. A central part of the task is to develop a basic understanding of the underlying problem. WHAT WHAT?

Background analysis - Identification of vulnerabilities in the coolant and analysis of the resulting effects and problems Technical basics - combining the current state of knowledge with physical and chemical mechanisms in the coolant and analysis of cooling circuits taking into account materials, temperature and pressure conditions Test planning - Support in the planning and execution of tests to check the electrical conductivity of the coolant. This includes the analysis of previous test results, the preparation of timetables and the definition of suitable test conditions. Test analysis - comparison of planned with real test results for identifying deviations and vulnerabilities. Investigation of possible correlations, physical relationships and contradictions, and derivation of sound findings from the analysed data Remedial measures - Development of solutions based on the results of testing analyses to improve coolant conductivity WE BEEDS
