In their non-profit auxiliar GmbH, around 280 employees are involved in 11 locations for participation and quality of life. The psychosocial practice in Hamburg offers 7 employees of sociotherapy and the outpatient social psychiatry. For this client, conQuaesso® JOBS is looking for a full-time or part-time in Hamburg at the next possible time Head of Psychosocial Practice (w/m/d)

They take over the operational management and strategic development of practice and ensure efficient work organisation and effective resource management. The establishment and maintenance of cooperation with external partners and institutions are also part of your responsibility. As the team's technical and service management, you promote a positive working environment, accompany the further development of the employees and are responsible for the selection and the incorporation of new team members. They identify needs and implement project ideas of the institution into specific technical concepts and measures.

A completed study of social education, psychology or in a comparable field. At least 3 years of professional experience in the social-psychiatric environment, ideally in a senior function. Specialized knowledge of work with mentally ill people and SGB V and IX. Communication strength, organizational talent and joy in team leadership. Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience in the use of specialist documentation software.
