Responsibility for food safety, hygiene and GMP throughout production Further development and optimization of quality controls and QA processes Analysis of quality indicators and monitoring of product and process tests with R&D Implementation of customer requirements and active support of internal and external audits Leadership and further development of an employee Head of the HACCP team including responsibility for CCPs and CPs Implementation of hygiene verifications, risk analyses and control of pest monitoring Processing of food security incidents, management of deviations and support in the event of a crisis
