Completion of general assistance tasks for construction and project management at large construction sites Takeover of office organisation and appointment coordination Maintenance of the digital project file Creation of Excel tables Creation of meeting protocols Processing of project- and expert-related special tasks

First professional experience in a comparable position Safe handling of MS Office Basic knowledge of English is desirable Self-employment and good communication skills in dealing with customers: Organizational skills, reliability and social competence Team spirit, willingness to deploy and a dedicated and responsible way of working complete your profile
