Consulting service technicians and customers during commissioning and during plant operation troubleshooting of systems and development of solutions Coordination of operations and deliveries Introduction and further training of employees, technicians and service partners

Complete technical training (e.g. electronic, mechatronic, technician, engineer) or comparable qualification Ideally multi-year professional experience in customer support (e.g. in the field of technical equipment or mechanical engineering) Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and technical installations Secure appearance and communication skills Friendly, solution-oriented communication on the phone High level of responsibility and self-organisation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
