What we offer you... As a Senior Consultant in Strategy (d/m/w/x), you develop strategies and solutions for managing one of the most successful mobility companies in the world. You support the digital transformation of Mercedes-Benz. As part of the MBMC (Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting), you conduct subprojects and manage individual work packages as well as their successful implementation. From the first day, you will join us in shaping the future of mobility. In addition, you’ll run the training and coaching program to expand your soft skills and prepare you for later challenges. You will also have the opportunity to take advantage of three to five training days a year in order to further develop yourself. In addition, the variety of projects offers you the opportunity to build a broad knowledge of Mercedes-Benz AG and its working methods, in order to establish and expand contacts in the Group from the outset. Ideally, you bring the following: Excellent academic degree in the field of economics, (economic)engineering, mechanical engineering or a similar degree Multiannual professional experience in an international strategy consulting in the corporate strategy of an automobile company or in adjacent industries Excellent consulting and/or industrial expertise in the automotive environment International experience through multi-month foreign missions German and English skills Impressed ability to abstract complex facts and their preparation In addition, you optionally bring knowledge in the following areas with... Agile product and software developments (Design Thinking, SCRUM, DevOps, CICD) Backlog Planning and Requirements Engineering Cloud Platforms/Services (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
